The House

The Old Rectory is a luxury Cotswold stone holiday home situated at the edge of a small rural farming hamlet, only 4 miles from the historic town of Broadway. This lovely Victorian family home is set in 5 acres of gardens with a pond and small woodland with magnificent uninterrupted views of the Cotswold escarpment and Broadway Tower. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and elegantly furnished, the house stands stands next to the picturesque 13th century St Mary's Church on the eastern edge of the village. 

The Old Rectory is handy for Cheltenham races (13 miles) and for visiting Stratford upon Avon (19miles) and many other beautiful towns and villages. The house is suited to a large family or group of friends wishing to spend a wonderful holiday together at any time of the year. Spring and Summer makes best use of the peaceful large grounds providing enough reasons to justify staying put all week! Guests can enjoy the tennis court, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, croquet on the back lawn and dining alfresco by the pool or underneath the magnificent Cedar tree. Winter brings its own magic as the wonderful house welcomes you with the warmth of its 4 door Aga, cosy log fires in three of the reception rooms, and sumptuous down filled duvets. The Old Rectory can also accommodate large family celebrations and small weddings . Everything you might need, from a daily housekeeper, excellent chef, masseuse etc can be provided upon request.
